Our Mission
Five Point Center exists to restore hope and build resilience. We empower individuals through programs that address urgent and ongoing physical, educational, economic, and social gaps in our community, and we serve as a catalyst for positive, lasting change in Graham County.
Our vision is that all residents of Graham County are empowered and able to meet their needs for food, housing, education and belonging, and the Five Point Center is a safe place where everyone is welcomed, valued and treated with respect.
